Happy Mental Health Week! During the week take the opportunity to #GetReal about how you feel.  We often deny or feel ashamed of our feelings if they are not positive.  We tend to hide difficult emotions from others over fears of judgement, embarrassment, or insecurities over being weak for having certain emotions.  The more we hide our emotions and avoid difficult feelings the worse they become in the long run.  Try somethings different and share how your feeling with a trusted person.  Take a deep breath, be brave, and #GetReal with how you feel. 

This week is also a great time to check in on your mental health.  The link below has a great self-check list that will help point out different areas of your mental health that may need your attention.  Knowing an area that you struggle in will allow you to put more energy and focus into growing that aspect of yourself.
