Using Bingo to Increase Coping Skills


Creating themed bingo cards can be a fun way to improve your well-being and mental health.  Sometimes it can be difficult to know how to start taking care of yourself or what types of  coping skills will work for you.  Using the bingo cards below will help give you some ideas of different activities to try.  Try and get 5 boxes in a row each week!  Take special note of how you feel after each activity, reflecting on the benefits of taking care of your mental health.  It could also be fun to challenge your family or friends to complete a bingo card!

The two themes I chose were mindfulness and self-esteem, however, don't limit yourself to just these two, have some fun and create your own.  Other themes to play around with could be - kindness, gratitude, self-care, managing stress, conflict resolution, and friendship.
