Creating Weekend Fun

Playing board games is a great interactive way to connect, share, and laugh with your family and friends.  To make it more fabulous why not get creative with it?!   Simply print out the game board (linked below), grab a few items from around the house and get ready for some fun.  Don't have a printer, or feeling creative? Grab a plain sheet of paper some crayons and create your own game.  I challenge you to incorporate gratitude and mental wellness by using the blank template (linked below). Watch the video below for some inspiration!  Filling in the blank spaces with statements like " name something you are grateful for", or " Name a time you felt proud of yourself". Not only will it make the game more fun it will help create an opportunity to share, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and help us to relieve tension. 






Bonus: Feeling BORED!!!!! Try some of the activities below in order to shake those feelings of boredom away.
